NATIONAL AWARDS and EVENTS

1/13/2005 – The Nationals, Orlando, FL

Community of the Year, Detached Community under $500,000: The Gold Award goes to Traditions at Historic Southbury!

The Gold Award, which means THE BEST IN AMERICA, is presented annually by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the NAHB at the International Builders Show.

Traditions at Historic Southbury is a development by WCI Communities, with architectural designs by Devereaux & Associates, interior merchandising by Lita Dirks & Associates, sales office & signage by Twin Vision Graphics, advertising by The Pointe Group, landscapes by Dave Hawk, and photography by Fred Forbes Photogroupe. It is a privilege to be a part of this great marketing team led by Gabe Pasquale and Catherine Armstrong of WCI.

Lexington Estates, by K. Hovnanian Cos., was presented the Regional Award for Best Interior Merchandising, designs by Francine Tessler, photography by Fred Forbes Photogroupe.



1/13/2005 – Seniors Housing Council Design Awards, Orlando, FL

Three Platinum Awards were presented to entries photographed by Fred Forbes Photogroupe: The Prestwick Model and The Clubhouse, both from Riviera at Freehold, by Toll Brothers, interior merchandising by The Childs/Dreyfus Group; and The Community Center, Four Seasons at Farmington by K. Hovnanian Companies, interior merchandising by M. Ford & Associates. The Farmington clubhouse is a renovation of an historic barn by Bucks County TimberCraft, Inc. Four Seasons at Farmington also received the Silver Award for Active Adult Community of the Year.

Other Best-in-The-Country Awards went to Enchantment at Hamilton, NJ, by Robertson Douglas Group, for award-winning designs and interiors: Thomas J. Brennan Architects, Interiors by Mary Cook & Assoc., and Photography by Fred Forbes Photogroupe.
